Former Rangers International ‘Magic man’ dies at 75

 A former Rangers International Football Club player, Kenneth Abana, is dead.

Abana popularly known as Magic Man died after a protracted sickness at the age of 75.

He was one of the  pioneer members of the football club who made waves in the 70s.

He died in his hometown, Agu-Ukwu Nri, Anaocha Local Government Area of Anambra on Sunday, August 11, 2024.

Confirming his death, Abana’s son Ifeanyi 

said his father’s remains  has  been deposited at a private  mortuary.

The late Abana battled acute arthritis  which confined him to the  wheelchair.

He played for Rangers  between 1970 and 1980.
