A former Vice President, Atiku Abubakar, has described the death of Patience Eno, the wife of the Akwa Ibom State governor as devastating.
Mr Abubakar, in a statement by his media aide, Paul Ibe, described the late First Lady as a remarkable woman who gave her best in the service of humanity and her family.
He sympathised with the family of Umo Eno, the government and people of Akwa Ibom over her demise.
Sharing in the grief of the Akwa Ibom people, Mr Abubakar urged Mr Eno to stand firm in the belief that his beloved wife had only gone to rest in a place of eternal peace.
