About 40 persons are reportedly trapped under the rubble of a collapsed building in Abuja, Nigeria’s capital city.
Punch reports that the storey building collapsed around Sabin Lugbe, a suburb in a Abuja.
It was gathered that the incident happened at about 5:00 pm on Saturday, October 26, 2024.
Victims of the incident are still trapped while multiple photos from the location are being circulated on various social media platforms.
While residents are seen attempting to rescue the trapped victims from the rubble, it is still unclear whether emergency services were present at the scene to assist in the rescue efforts.
