Ashton Hall, a fitness influencer, has taken the internet by storm with his extravagant morning routine.
His videos, which some find either unrealistic or entertaining, have captured widespread attention. In the clips, Ashton kicks off his day as early as 3:52 am by engaging in activities like dunking his face in ice water, sipping Saratoga water, and rubbing banana peels on his skin.
These quirky rituals have sparked a wave of memes, with both fans and celebrities joining in on the fun. Political commentator Piers Morgan mimicked the routine, while YouTuber MrBeast collaborated with Hall for a video.
Hall’s videos have also boosted the popularity of Saratoga Spring Water. The brand capitalised on the trend by posting a picture featuring a banana, their bottle, and a bowl of ice, captioned: “The pairing we never knew we needed,” and calling Hall a “Trendsetter.”
The fitness influencer now has up to 11.3 million followers on Instagram and 55.1k followers on X.
On Instagram, the influencer gave a motivational tip: “Day 191 of the morning routine that changed my life. 3:50am to 9:30am
“Sin lives late at night.. if you’re dealing with a weak mind, bad decisions, or lack of productivity go to sleep early.
“4:00am – 8:00am no one’s calling or distracting your productivity.. they are sleep. 8:00pm – 12:00am is the opposite.
“Just try 30 days.. send this to your partners. It’s time to do better.”
According to USA Today, Hall was a former running back who is now an online fitness coach for “Burn + Build.” Before social media, he worked moving furniture and at LA Fitness. Hall also played for Alcorn State University from 2014 to 2015.
