American philanthropist and co-founder of Microsoft, Bill Gates; Nigeria’s Minister of Communications and Digital Economy, Dr Bosun Tijani; and the National Security Adviser, Mallam Nuhu Ribadu, will lead other global tech and policy experts at the FIN-Web Conference and AI Expo 2025 in Silicon Valley, California.
According to a statement on Sunday by the Director of Strategic Communication, United Kingdom, Ayo Ayeni, the high-profile conference is scheduled for October 1 to 3 ,2025 at the Computer History Museum, Mountain View, California.
The organisers disclosed that the conference will bring together top-tier speakers to explore critical global themes around artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and technology innovation.
Among the invited speakers are the Governor of California, Gavin Newsom; former Chief Executive Officer of Google, Eric Schmidt; Co-Founder of Microsoft, Bill Gates; Minister of Communications and Digital Economy, Bosun Tijani; and the National Security Adviser, Mallam Nuhu Ribadu.

Confirmed participants also include the co-founder of Hotmail, Sabeer Bhatia; AI strategist, futurist and president of Going Global Ventures, USA, Mark Minevich; chairperson of the International Emirates Business Group, Her Excellency Badria Al Mulla, who will lead the United Arab Emirates delegation; founder of IPsoft, USA, Chetan Dube; private equity and venture capital investor, USA, Prabhav Sharma; and ICT expert and strategist and Minister of Communication Technologies, Tunisia, Nizar Neji.
The organisers noted that the FIN-Web Conference and AI Expo 2025 will convene industry leaders, policymakers, investors, and innovators from across the world to explore the future of finance, digital transformation, and disruptive technologies.
