Tunde Onakoya, the founder of Chess in Slums Africa, has said he used to sell bottled water at The Experience in 2013 and 2014. He tweeted this week.
The Experience is a yearly musical concert, where a variety of Christian artists perform before a large audience.
The chess boss tweeted that he still has “a mental map of all the different entry points into TBS.
“Life. Man. However it sways you, I hope you never lose faith in your ideas.
“Seasons change, but God remains the same.”
The tweet has since been viewed by over 400,000 people and gathered over 20,000 likes on X.
