The Molade Okoya-Thomas Hall at Teslim Balogun Stadium will burst into life as Lagos prepares to host the festival of table tennis from July 16 to August 5, 2025.
This festival will feature the ITTF Africa West Regional Championships, WTT Contender Lagos, ITTF Africa Youth Championships, and the debut edition of the ITTF Africa Youth Cup.
Lagos will welcome top players from West Africa, across the continent, and around the world for what promises to be an unforgettable showcase of talent and passion.
The festival kicks off with the Africa West Regional Championships (July 16ā19), where team and singles champions will be crowned.
From July 22 to 26, global stars will battle it out at the WTT Contender Lagos, boasting $100,000 in prize money and crucial ranking points, ensuring a world-class field.
Next, attention turns to the future of the sport with the 2025 ITTF Africa Youth Championships (July 27 to August 3), a 14-event tournament to determine the continentās rising stars.
The celebration concludes with the Africa Youth Cup on August 4 and 5, giving emerging talents a final stage to shine and compete for continental honours.
