The governor-elect of Edo State, Monday Okpebholo has appointed Fred Itua as his Chief Press Secretary.
Mr Okpebholo, on Monday, November 11, 2024, announced the appointment of Mr Itua just a few days before his swearing-in as governor of Edo State.
The appointment, the first of the incoming administration, would take effect on November 12, 2024, according to a statement signed by Mr Okpebholo.
Mr Itua is a distinguished journalist with a wealth of experience, having previously served as the Assistant Political Editor at The Sun Newspapers
