His Most Eminence, Emmanuel Alogbo, the Spiritual Father of the Cherubim & Seraphim (C&S) Movement Church Worldwide, Ayo Ni O, has died at the age of 93.
The church announced his passing in an official statement released on Thursday by its Secretary-General, Prophet Anthony Olusesan Samaye.
According to the statement, the revered cleric passed away peacefully at his Lagos residence around 2:10 a.m. on Thursday, 30 July 2026, surrounded by family members and domestic staff.
“With gratitude to God Almighty for a life well spent, on behalf of the Board of Trustees and the entire church, I write to inform you all that our Spiritual Father… was called to glory in the early hours of today, July 30, 2026, at about 2:10 a.m.,” Prophet Samaye stated.
Paying tribute to the late leader, the church commended Alogbo as a dedicated spiritual figure who devoted his lifetime to the service of God and humanity.
Daily seven-day prayer sessions will be held at 5:00 p.m. at his residence, situated at Plot 1, Alogbo Close, off Ahmadiyya Bus Stop, Ijaiye-Ojokoro, Lagos. The church added that further details regarding his funeral rites will be communicated at a later date.
